Traegers, which I have owned, are made in China out of very thin metal and have very uneven heating and FitFormFunction are spotty at best. They may last a few years if properly maintained and kept out of any weather and several modifications made.

FEPG500, which I currently own and use at home and for competition, will do all that you want (in testing I have had mine at 750 degrees in the grill area) to include cold smoking but are higher than your budget.

You might want to look at some of the lower end US made grills but just remember, You get what you pay for.
