Your right I use Le Saunier De Camargue Fleur De Sel Sea Salt on almost everything in the evening meal. I don't use a lot, at the most 1/8 teaspoon or less for a whole plate of food. Because it is a very course salt a lot falls off the food. But it makes everything taste so much better.
