OK - been cooking on a Traeger and WSM for awhile and now want to get a BGE. How do you get a BGE from back yard to competitions? this seems risky? Any advice with buying a BGE? Main hang up is adding wood or charcoal - seems like you have to lift everything out. How often do you really have to do this? Why don't they make an access door like WSM for adding stuff?
