I love to eat deep-fried foods, but hate making them.
In the second video, the guy sprinkles rub on the room-temp pork wings, smokes them for about 30 minutes, or internal temp is 145.
He them dips them in a sauce of 2 cups BBQ sauce, 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup Frank's hot sauce. Puts them back on the smoker for about 10 minutes.
When I find them, that's how I'll cook them!
