Happy Saint Patrick's Day to you and everyone else. We cooked our Boyle's Corned beef brisket last night and it tastes great today. If anyone is interested we boiled it in water until fork tender. Then we wrapped it in aluminum foil and let it set for a couple of hours. Tender and tastes great.
