i can see it now-
rule number 64b, part 2a- all kale must be trimmed and sanitized on site. kale must be void of any color, other than green. colored kale may be construed as marking.
you're right, kale is about like eating rubber air. i think its a fantastic idea for turn in though. you may need to oil it, or glaze it with blues hog like everything else :).
