They cam out really really good so I wanted to share the rubs I used. Smokin Guns Hot about 2/3 and 1/3 Oakridge Dominator sweet rib rub. One slab of spare ribs and one slab of baby backs. I bought the ribs at McGonigle's Market in KC. I should have used less rub on the spares. These ribs were really good, far better the I usually cook. They were so good I wanted to run through the neighborhood passing out samples but I decided to keep them all for myself. One other thing I used pecan an apple wood. All I did was put the rubs on and cook them no foil nothing else except some sauce.
