Looks like most folks voting in the poll like dry ribs. I do also.
What if a cook team would be daring enough to submit dry ribs in their box??
The most complaints that I hear at the judge table is why do the cooks put so much sauce on the ribs and chicken??
Any cook want to share an idea for why so much sauce?
