Hey everyone I just spent 2 amazing weeks in KC. I ate bbq pretty much every day, I think I got my yearly fix for sure. What I will miss for sure are the beans and corn bake from Jack stack. Those were darn good sides.
I know there are a lot of jack stack recipes floating around online, but I doubt any are the real thing. Anyone have any good recipes that they've tried and proven?
I live in NY it's got everything except the great cue like in KC.
