This is a great topic. BBQ can be part of a healthy diet but limited. When you cook it make it the best bbq you can cook. And when you eat it make the sides veggie based and light-- think sautéed greens and a baked sweet potato. A salad and grilled peaches. Sautéed mushrooms, onions, and peppers. Maybe a slice of whole grain bread. And think of the big picture of your diet. Fast food really needs to be out of the picture. Good luck. Mary Ann
