You might want to give more specific info.
Is the 60 pounds live, dressed, with or without head, skinned?
I'm not that experienced with whole hog cooking... I don't think it produces good results compared to cooking the individual cuts. It's great for show, but not so much for truly good eats.
Some folks think 40% of useable meat from a dressed, no head, with skin, cooked.
