Just in case the yield is short, or more guests than expected, or bigger eaters than anticipated... if cooker space allows maybe toss in a couple of Bostons and some sausage links.
If you're serving pulled you can shred the Bostons and add to the pulled and sliced sausages are a great addition to the pile.
