This week, I dusted off one of my competition barbecue sauce recipes.
The recipe yields 1.5 gallons...the sauce is one half commercially available sauce to which I add additional ingredients.
My problem/question...is it possible to put up (can/bottle) my own sauce in the kitchen...we (my wife actually) make various jellies and jams, but is there some reason why bottling (canning with hot water bath and seals) my own sauce (for home use and gifts) won't work?
