Ask that question with 6 bbqers in the room, and you'll get 7 different answers. 6 fights will break out, they'll call the cops, and 2 will need stitches (1 bbqer, and 1 cop.) Everyone will end up in the pool along with the dog, 3 packages of bone-in chicken thighs, and somebody's pork butt.
Whatever you do, don't apply a sweet sauce until the last 20 min. before removing from the cooker. It'll burn.
