I've made a lot of Buckboard bacon in my day. I got a wild hair though about it and I have a question for ya'll...
Has anyone ever made pulled bacon? I mean take the butt, cured it, seasoned it, smoked it, then cooked it PAST the slice temperature and let it get to pulled temperature?

I'm just wondering how that would turn out. Make pulled BLT's and stuff.
