I purcbased a Tyson pork loin to smoke. I put rub on it and let it sit out for 2 hours and then put it on the smoker. Smoked for about 3 hours to get To 150 degrees internal. When I sliced it there were small holes through out the loin. Anyone have any idea what caused the holes?
