The answer to this post (ALSO) is....the Weber Smokey Mountain.

Yes you can EASILY grill on it, but it is purposely built first and foremost for 'low and slow'...can easily hold a steady low and slow for 10 hours without fussin with reloading (charcoal) fuel once you learn how to use it. Many, many competition barbecue teams have used this smoker and done extremely well with it.
