I only had the 12 legs so I strung them up horizontally as you seen. Thinking of stringing vertically and alternating skinny end over fat end (like square lincoln logs if you get my meaning) I should be able t get an easy 24 if not close to 36 on there. Now I can EASILY do 400 plus in my smoker but this was way fun. Here's a link to some cornish game hens I did tonight with an Asian caramelized fish sauce for a finishing baste. Efffffing AWESOME!!!!
