Did you have to trim away any of the meat in order to form the crown or could you just curl it up?
How was the cook time...I'm thinking that thing was 25lbs - 30lbs so 7 or 8 hours? I will of course monitor the temperature but a rough idea of time for planning purposes would be helpful.
