Anyone out there have an FEC pellet smoker by Cookshack? I am opening a new restaurant in a few months and am thinking about upgrading my SM160. The SM160 served me well in my last restaurant, and still puts out some nice barbeque I cater serve to my private customers, but I would like to take my barbeque to a new level. I think the pellet smoke would really enhance my barbeque as far as flavor and also provide me with better yields (so I've read). Can anyone share their opinions or experiences? Thanks.
