I cook a few last year. Even fortunate enough to get some calls and a few wins. The worst thing I found with them was they didn't have a much meat between the bones, so they had the tendency to blow out the bones on the backside of the rack when in foil. It seemed to be worst with less amount of liquid in the wrap. ;)
Times should be pretty close......
