I buy the bunches of young Vidalias when they first arrive at the grocery stores. The bulb is fairly small and the greens are left intact. I take those, drizzle olive oil on them, hit them with salt and pepper, and toss them on the grill. Man, those things are tasty and sweet - you can even eat the tender part of the greens.
