It's been ages since I've been to the forum. Glad to see a bunch of familiar folks still on here. So here I am again, back for some info. I am going to cook my first whole lamb this next week, pretty certain I can pull it off, but I'd like to hear from anyone that has cooked a whole lamb. This one is going to be 60 lbs. I have an Ole Hickory SSE, which will have a 125 lb hog on it. Will have room for the lamb, too, but I also have a gas/charcoal/wood cooker (not offset) I could use. Any info or thoughts are appreciated!
