Thanks for that info Jon! That's one of the ones I've looked at. Looking to buy a few books on sous vide too. Just seems like a great way to get a great product every time. Been thinking tri tips and flank steaks and even want to try a rib roast. Can't seem to find short ribs too easy around here. Sams has them but I'm not taking out a loan to get them.
