Yep what 'da Muz shared.
Plus, unless you cook mostly seafood (fish) I'd do a pretty good cleaning to at least the inside ceiling/top of your cooker after you cook fish.
Flavors from the fish go up in smoke and condense on the top inside metal and inside your exhaust stacks. Next time you cook, moisture forms, goes up, and then you're basting your briskets with fish memories of the previous cook.
You don't have to do an entire "Spring cleaning" of all inside surfaces after you cook some fish... just the ones up on top where the condensation will go.
