Can someone help me with cooking ribs for a crowd. Be it cook and hold or pre cook and re-heat, I am looking for help in doing about 15-20 racks to serve for a group at work. I can cook a pretty good rib, just not sure how to do so in a large in essence, I guess this is a catering question. Any help is appreciated. Thanks so much in advance!
