Made 6 pounds of oven baked wings that were tossed with baking powder and air dried overnite served up with a few different sauces on the side. Also did a 3 pound pork belly that was done char siu style for 48 hours in the sous vide then super crisped under the broiler and cut into cubes.....EFFING AWESOME!! And the wings were Craver's brand from Aldi's, hands down the biggest wings I've ever seen at 1.69/lb, bought eight 3 lb bags and vac packed for the freezer!! They were almost as big as turkey wings!!!
