This is where I got it from. First I dried them on a towel, then tossed with the salt and baking powder and air dried in the cold garage overnite on a rack with a fan on them. Baked at 450 rotating a few times. Came out very good, very crispy. I thing deep frying would be even crispier. But for those wanting to stay away from deep frying this gives a very nice, crisp, baked wing. Would do again.
