Italian Sweet Sausage Ribs

Used the same spices I grind into my Italian sweet sausage as a rub. Let them sit(rubbed) in the refrigerator overnight then smoked as usual. These turned out excellent. Basically used a recipe by "Len Poli" with a few personal touches.
