I have a small electric Cookshack that is at my lake trailer. I don't get to use it much, since I'm cooking on the road quite a bit. The color of the meat will be a little different than what you are a custom too, but the smoke flavor will be spot on. All night cook on a brisket or PB will cost you about 50 cents in electricity. Very easy to use....
