Muzzy in 2007 we had a fabricator make something very similar to what this fellow uses but much larger, around 12 feet wide if I remember right. It was for a restaurant I worked at here in Niagara Falls called Coppa Cabana. It is a Brazilian restaurant that cooked all our meats on skewers rotating over lump charcoal. We are in the process right now of making a smaller one for home use. After the charcoal is burnt down you just rake it were you need it, very simple
