I usually only tumble my meats for 15-30 minutes depending on what it is. They come out well marinated and very tender. I've never heard of anyone tumbling for the length of time you did. How did the meat come out? Do you think there is an advantage to longer tumbles? Would a steam roller be faster? ;0)
