I've been running into this scenario far too many times when I visit my favorite bbq places. I sit down at a table with my fresh, hot bbq that you guys work hard to put out. Its damn good. Then I reach for the sauce on the table and it is ICE COLD!
Putting ice cold sauce on my hot sandwich really harshes my mellow.
Can't you make an effort to at least give the sauce a chance to get to room temp? This is especially an issue as winter gets closer.
I will admit that due to my work schedule I'm usually one of your first customers, but the solution shouldn't be that difficult, at least take the sauce out of the fridge when you show up for work.
