Hi All - Looking to purchase a smoker for my family restaurant. We have a 4x5 space under our hood and would like to keep the cost below $4k. Restaurant is attached to a bowling alley, banquet facility that totals 17k sq. ft. We provide food for the whole space and cater out food a lot. However the menu currently does not have any bbq items, This is an addition to our existing offerings.
Suggestions on best smoker for cost? Ideally we have the ability to smoke a variety of items, including fish.
