I'll add this, use coarse ground Himalayan salt, fresh coarse cracked pepper and as he said "granulated" garlic, not garlic salt, not garlic powder, fresh minced garlic okay just don't burn it. If you HAVE to get fancy go with Montreal Steak Seasoning but that can be a bit much if you're heavy handed. My 2¢
