Hi, long time since I have been here. Life has been busy. Anyway, several years ago I bought a Backwoods Competitor for my church. It has been great and our bbq ministry has been growing. That is good and bad. The bad is we have outgrown our smoker. A week ago I did 45 racks of loin back ribs and 28 chickens. I required a lot of ferrying meat in and out of the smoker and into the oven to finish. This started a discussion of a larger smoker. We would be looking for something that can do about 40 butts, 45 racks of ribs, etc at a time. Something fairly easy to run as volunteers run it and have varying degrees of experience. Probably not gas or electric dependent, so probably charcoal. I love the ease of use of the Backwoods and the capacity to footprint ratio.

What thoughts do you have on what to buy?

Thanks
Stan
