I've been away from the forum and from cooking for larger groups other than the church these days, but I have been asked to cook for a good friend's son's graduation party. I have what I think is a pretty good idea of the meat I need, but would love to get input form others to confirm I'm not too far off base.
I'm looking at 75-80 people (17-18 and up, mixture of men and women).
They would like to have pulled pork, brisket and chicken.
