WOW, Chris and company know pork shoulder. I remember years ago when my buddy and I attended Memphis in Mud. It was raining (no surprise) and being from Sunny CA we were ill prepared, no rain gear, soaked to the bone and shoes full of mud. Outside Big bob Gibson's camp we stood like two pathetic puppies in the rain looking for a porch to climb under. Chris walked out and said "you need to get out of the rain, come join us" Two newbie bbq guys just got invited into BBQ mecca and oh, the reception we received from the family is one of my favorite bbq memories. Chris went on that day to win pork shoulder (I think it was his third) and I used up every roll of film, yes film, to document the event. Next time I saw Chris was at the AR and it was my time to pay it back. I handed Chris the best of my photos and he said, "Ric we were so excited that day we pretty much forgot to take pictures. I can't begin to tell you how much this means to me and my family." A class act all the way. Congrats Chris and family.
