CAP OF RIBEYE is the marbled half-moon shaped portion of a rib eye steak that is in my opinion the tastiest portion. Add to it this cap only cut and not the actual eye and then cut it from Prime American Wagyu beef. This 2 lb slab from Snake River Farms for $129.00 was wonderful seasoned with Obie’s Yankee Blaster, Good Seasons Zesty dry salad dressing and black pepper then grilled hot over peach wood flames. My bucket list is complete. I heard about Snake River Farms from Myron Mixon.
