I did 6 pork butts for a graduation party. Had daytime activities so had to take them off in the morning and hold 'til afternoon. I took them off at 8AM at 190-200 degrees wrapped in foil. Packed all 6 in one cooler and filled space around them with rolled up towels. Put the cooler in my truck seat and made sure to park the truck in the sun all day. Checked temps when I unwrapped them at 4:30PM and they were all near 160 degrees.
