I just put them on my ecb and low and slow, take off when juices run clear, dip in garlic butter and salt and pepper them. when I first went to the renis. (don't know spelling)fair in bonner springs you could get a humongous leg for a doller and corn on the cob dipped in butter for fifty cents.
