cold bbq sauce at restaurants rant

Good bbq places work hard to produce their meats, and I'm willing to pay a good price for it. Why do they think it is OK to put cold sauce on their tables? Do they think we like our bbq cold?

Get a clue restaurant owners. When you come in to work put some warm water in a bus tub, take the sauce from the fridge, and let it set in the warm water.
