My name is Chris Allingham and I live in San Jose, CA. I'm 36 years old and work for Hewlett-Packard Co. designing Web pages for internal corporate use. I'm a native Californian, living previously in Riverside, San Diego, Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park , Sacramento, and Mountain View.
I've always enjoyed eating good BBQ, but only got into creating my own back in 1997, when thanks to the advice of many on this Forum, I bought a Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker. Shortly thereafter, I attended a Paul Kirk class sponsored by the California BBQ Assn. and I was hooked!
My enthusiasm for the WSM cooker, as well as the lack of information about it on Weber's Web site, caused me to create "The Virtual Weber Bullet"--a Web site dedicated to the Weber Smokey Mo untain Cooker. It pulls together *almost* everything you'd want to know about this great cooker into a single location, including lots of pictures and usage tips.
When I'm not BBQing, I like to collect U.S. coins and work in the garden.
