we live on river ridge at the fork of the arkansas and fourche lafave
rivers, a small community called fourche. (foosh)
we just plain enjoy BBQ'ing low and slow.
we are KCBS members.
in the pit department i have an ECB (went back to enjoy it), a
SNPP, an "old smokey" and a gator pit intend to compete eventually
(when work quits) with the gator pit.
i have always enjoyed this forum and the advice is the best.
